, Place Your Order.
Order by Fax:
1.Download our patient questionnaire.
2. Complete each page, attach your prescription, and enclose payment (your credit card details on the questionnaire form).
3. Send your forms & prescriptions to our toll free fax number: 1-800-775-0194
If you have an existing prescription in an online or offline pharmacy that you would like transferred to us please provide us with a copy of your prescription label.

2. Keep perscription with you to order correct medications.
3.After your order is complete send the questionnaire form
4.You do not have to fill credit card information after your order has been processed on the phone.
To order using our secure online ordering system:
1. Browse our online catalogue and add the medication you need to your shopping cart.
2. Hit the checkout button on the shopping cart. This will take you through all the questions we have.
3.At the end of the process you will receive a screen indication you have completed your order, and assigning you an order number. You have not completed your order if you have not received an order number.
4. Fax, or email your prescription (or prescription label) to us with your order number.
If you have an existing prescription at another drug store that you would like transferred please provide a copy of your prescription label.
Step 3, Receive Your Medication.
We will have completed your order in two to four business days of receiving all of the required information, assuming there are no difficulties. Common difficulties include verifying your prescription, processing payment, and being forced to adjust your order if you live outside of Canada and have ordered more than a three month (100 day) supply, or ordering something different than your prescription indicates. Shipping normally takes seven to ten days, so you should expect your package in two weeks. If you have not received your order within two weeks contact us and we will track your shipment. If you have provided us with an email address we will send you a tracking number allowing you to track your order yourself, online.
